We aim to make your first visit to the Cirencester Chiropractic Centre as informative, relaxing and comfortable as possible.

Your first appointment will take up to 60 minutes.

The Chiropractor will gather relevant information in relation to your current condition and general health. All your details will be handled with strict confidentiality.

You will then receive thorough chiropractic testing which will concentrate on the joints, nerves and muscles of your body. Sometimes it may also be necessary to examine other areas, such as lungs, heart and abdomen. Based on the findings the chiropractor will decide whether any additional investigations are necessary before treatment can begin. These may include X-rays. In some cases it may be necessary to contact your GP, which your chiropractor will do with your permission. All of this will ensure that chiropractic care is appropriate for your condition, or determine if you need to be referred to your GP or other relevant specialist.

You are welcome to bring a friend or family member. If you have had any X-ray/MRI/CT examinations recently and have the films, please bring them with you.

Our approach is very thorough, your first appointment is an information gathering process.
