MA Adapted Physical Education
I was born in Cyprus and my interest in Chiropractic started when I was 16 Years old. I was playing in the National Volleyball team, when during a tournament I sustained an injury which left me paralysed and unable to move for 2 hours. A German Chiropractor who was present treated me which relieved my paralysis. From that day on I have always wanted was to become a Chiropractor and to be able to help people with my hands( which is what Chiropractor means in Greek). I have a Masters degree in adapted Physical Education and worked in this field for 17 years before finally realising my dream to study Chiropractic.
Since graduating from The Welsh Institute of Chiropractic. I worked as an associate Chiropractor in Newcastle, before coming to Cirencester.
I continue with my postgraduate studies and I am a Member of the Paediatric Faculty of the Royal College of Chiropractors. having attended seminars in Paediatrics’, Kinesiotaping and Pregnancy, Graston, Dry needling, Gonstead technique and Cranio-sacral technique. Next June I will also have the basic diploma for the Activator technique.
My passion for Chiropractic spurs me on to learn new treatment techniques since I believe that the more technical tools that I have the more people I will be able to help.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
